For many years I have been working with HEALTH SEEKERS helping them to reach and expand their goals and aspirations in health and well being of Mind, Body and Soul.

One of the main factors that plight a great number of us for much of our lives is an area that WILL get conquered within weeks, is being overweight. The speed of weight loss experienced is something that needs to be seen to really be believed. The reactions of the HEALTH SEEKERS is what inspires me time after time as I know this is only the beginning of the life long journey, as long as the HEALTH SEEKER can stay committed to the program.

The beauty of the program that I put together is that you can actually eat as much as you want, provided it is part of the diet plan – no need to ever feel hunger.

With the many different messages on what is the right food/diet/exercise, knowing which way to go is not easy – we tell ourselves. The truth is that once you decipher the right information, it is easy.

What is not easy is applying it and more than that living it. The main obstruction we have is our own preferences that for many of us has been succumbing to marketing campaigns, our taste buds, addiction to sugars, processed foods, etc. that all distract us. This leads us into buying into the consumer markets of THE SLIMMING WORLD, diet fads, gyms etc.

The difficult parts are the re-education of the taste buds, which for many of us is a very hard task and is something that is always going to be a discipline that is challenging. The other is re-educating ourselves in understanding foods, what they are and where they came from. The majority of the food industry is not here to feed you healthy good quality food that will benefit you. In fact anyone who follows alternative views will be aware of the train of thought that puts most modern farmed or processed foods at the heart of the majority of today’s dis~eases. The food world is an utter confusion. A world that I have spent many years on and deciphered and brought it back to where:

  • We can fully understand the importance of what we eat
  • How it’s being grown
  • The reality of processed foods

That is just the beginning of our food world transformation.
